- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In case of delays, we will notify you by email or phone.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship all over India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and courier service:

- Delivery location
- Courier service availability
Some orders may qualify for free shipping as per ongoing offers.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
- You can track your package using the courier’s tracking portal.
6. Packing & Handling
- All items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Large or sensitive items may require special packaging (additional charges may apply).
7. Delays & Unexpected Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Public holidays or strikes
However, we will offer full support to locate your package.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos/videos of the parcel and product.
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Lost packages will be investigated with the courier. Replacement or refund will follow company policy.
9. Incorrect Address Policy
If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Re-shipping charges will be applied.
- Delivery delays may occur.
