Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with EV-Service.in. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled for all orders placed on our website.


1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before shipping, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, contact us at support@ev-service.in with your Order ID.
  • If the order is already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Cancellation by EV-Service.in

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment failure
  • Incorrect address or incomplete information
  • Fraudulent or suspicious orders

If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.


3. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is not working out of the box

Return requests must be made within 12 hours after delivery.


4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, altered, or installed products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Electrical parts damaged due to wrong wiring or overvoltage
  • Clearance or special discount items
  • Custom-made or customized parts

5. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories.
  2. After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo inspection.
  3. Once approved, a refund will be initiated within 24 business days.

Refund Mode:

  • Online payment โ†’ Refunded to the same payment method
  • COD (if applicable) โ†’ Refunded to your bank account/UPI

6. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is in stock, we can arrange a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacement will be shipped after the returned product passes quality check.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product), return shipping is free.
  • If the customer wants to return due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel

  • Take clear photos/videos of the packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you don’t receive your refund:

  • First check your bank/UPI account
  • Then contact your bank for delays
  • If still unresolved, email us at support@ev-service.in
